CRITERIA FOR THE SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS FOR COUNTY RECORD SCORES.

Bedfordshire County Archery Association records and certificates only those scores which are shot and scored in accordance with the GNAS Rules of Shooting

The following criteria for the submission of a claim for a County Record Score were agreed by the County Committee at its meeting on October 20th 1998 – (Minute 98/10/6.1)

For a score to be considered as a County record, it must be shot in an open tournament or in a representative match at not less than County Association level, or in a tournament organised by or on behalf of the County.

An archer who wishes a score to be considered for ratification as a County record shall, within three calendar months of the day on which the score was shot, submit a Bedfordshire County Archery Association Record Claim form to the County Records Officer, accompanied by an official tournament results sheet, or a signed and counter-signed official tournament score sheet that identifies the tournament, date and round.
